How to reset an account password?

This article will walk you through the steps to reset an account password. This action can only be performed by the Administrator of the account.

1. Click the "My Account" button located on the left side of the Heru portal.
   
   
2. Locate the account contact that needs their password reset.
   
   
   
3. Click the ellipsis button with three dots located on the right side.
   
   
4. Type in the new password and click save.
